Project brief
This United States project did not begin with a completely empty production floor. The engineering task was to connect new conveyors and pasteurization equipment around an existing can filler.

Integration before equipment
Brownfield projects depend on verified interface information. Conveyor elevations, transfer points, control handshakes and the usable production envelope must be confirmed before the new equipment is connected.
- Survey the existing machine interfaces
- Balance transfer speed and accumulation
- Coordinate controls across old and new equipment
- Plan installation around the customer’s operating constraints

A line-level result
The value of the added equipment is determined by how smoothly it works with the retained filler. For this reason, the project record is presented as an integration case rather than as a standalone-machine sale.
