CSD solution / Can container
Connect beverage preparation, can filling and seaming with the packaging route your product needs.
Request a line proposalLine overview
Bring beverage preparation, can handling, filling, seaming and downstream packing into one coordinated production flow. Start with your beverage, can and output requirements to define the right equipment scope.

Production walkthrough
Review the filler and seamer together with can supply, product conditions and line interfaces. Each part of the route should support the same production plan.
Can filling & seamingEquipment image shown. Production footage will be added when available.Key features
Six areas to review when bringing the beverage, container and equipment together.

Match the filling setup to the beverage, carbonation target and can format.

Review the can body, end and seaming tooling together for a consistent closing process.

Coordinate infeed, guides and transfer wheels around the supplied can geometry.

Define product-contact materials, sanitary connections and the cleaning scope with your process team.

Plan operator controls, equipment interlocks and line communication as one connected scope.

Balance beverage preparation, can supply, filling, seaming and packing around your output target.
Model selection
Choose the equipment around the can, beverage and operating plan. Final specifications follow a review of your project inputs.

| Selection area | Project input | Engineering confirmation | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Filler & seamer | Can body, end and beverage | Head configuration, speed and change parts | To be confirmed |
| Product conditions | Recipe, CO₂ and temperature | Filling conditions and product-contact scope | To be confirmed |
| Can handling | Can drawing and supply method | Infeed, guides and transfer components | To be confirmed |
| Packing route | Pack count, tray or carton and pallet | Downstream equipment and line balance | To be confirmed |
| Factory fit | Floor plan, ceiling height and access | Machine dimensions and maintenance clearance | To be confirmed |
| Utilities | Power, water, compressed air and CO₂ | Connected load and complete-line consumption | To be confirmed |
Model names, rated output, head counts, machine dimensions, power and weight are awaiting confirmed can-line specifications.
Confirm these boundary conditions before final model selection.

Production process
Explore the equipment, operating purpose and handoff at each stage, from process water to finished pallets.
Can supply runs in parallel with beverage preparation and meets it at filling. The final line configuration follows your recipe, can and end specifications, and packaging requirements.

Prepare the water used for syrup preparation and beverage blending. Select the treatment route from the source-water analysis and finished-drink specification, then coordinate storage and supply with the preparation equipment.

Prepare the syrup and blend it with treated water and the specified ingredients. The beverage recipe sets the mixing sequence, proportions and batch requirements before the product moves to cooling and carbonation.

Cool the blended beverage and introduce CO₂ to the agreed carbonation target. Coordinate product temperature, gas dosing and transfer conditions with the can filler so the preparation and filling stages work to the same operating recipe.

Feed empty cans from the agreed supply format, then convey and rinse them as specified. This container route runs alongside beverage preparation and meets it at filling, with guides and transfers matched to the can body.

Fill prepared cans with the carbonated beverage under controlled counter-pressure, then apply and seam the matching can end. Review filling conditions, can transfer and seaming tooling together, using the supplied can and end specifications to define the setup and checks.

Check filled and closed cans against the agreed inspection criteria, prepare the surface for coding and apply batch identification. Define the inspection points, code position and handling of rejected cans around the product and downstream pack requirements.

Group finished cans into the required saleable or transport pack. Select shrink film, tray-and-film or carton packing from the can dimensions, pack count and distribution requirements, and balance the packer with the upstream can flow.

Arrange finished packs into the agreed pallet pattern for storage and dispatch. Pallet size, layer arrangement and load height define the stacking task; include pallet transport, load securing and stretch wrapping where specified.

Practical questions for your can line project.
Share the beverage recipe, carbonation target, can and end drawings, required saleable output, pack format and factory layout. These inputs allow equipment and utilities to be reviewed as a complete line.
The proposed size range must be checked against the filler, seamer, conveyors and packer. Provide all can and end drawings so that change parts, tooling and changeover scope can be confirmed.
Start with the number of saleable cans required per shift and the available production hours. Include cleaning, changeovers, planned stops and expansion needs when discussing the required line output.
The can body, end and seaming tooling form one closure system. Samples and supplier specifications are needed to establish the setup and agreed inspection criteria.
No. Product conditioning and any thermal-process requirements depend on the beverage, container, shelf-life specification and downstream packaging. The pictured equipment is a configuration reference, not a universal process requirement.
Existing beverage preparation, can supply and packing equipment can be considered during the scope review. Share layout drawings, output information, conveyor elevations and controls documentation to assess the interfaces.
