The can filling machine is an automatic filling and capping filling equipment developed and produced by Planet Machinery absorbing dvanced domestic and foreign technologies. 01 / MACHINE STAGE

Filling Parts

The filling adopts the principle of isobaric filling, and this machine has the characteristic of no filling without cans. The filling valve adopts KHS technology with high-precision spring type mechanical filling valve equipped with cylinder solenoid valve control, which has the characteristics of fast filling speed and high liquid level control accuracy.

02 / MACHINE STAGE

Sealing Part

The entire machine of the can sealing machine is wrapped in a 304 stainless steel shell, and the surface is polished and brushed. The overall performance is neat and beautiful. In addition, it is convenient for the workshop manufacturer to clean and tidy up afterwards
The internal structure of the can sealing machine is manufactured using Swiss Ferrum original drawings and technology, with a compact and precise structure. This model is popular both domestically and internationally, and is a classic Ferrum product. The global market has accumulated tens of thousands of units.
The highlight of our company's Ferrum technology for sealing machines is that the curve of the sealing wheel operation is fully guaranteed by the curve on the alloy steel cam, with precise fit, classic durability, and almost no vulnerable parts.
The sealing wheel used for sealing is made of 9Cr18MoV high hardness alloy steel, which is processed and formed after overheating treatment to ensure durability and longevity.
