Product overview

The automatic juice&tea hot filling machine integrated machine is a new product developed by Planet Machinery after introducing internationally advanced technology to meet market demand. The juice filling equipment adopts automatic washing-filling-capping, suitable for 350-1500ml small bottle juice production line. The juice filler can fill a variety of juices such as orange juice,strawberry juice, blueberry juice, and mango juice.

01 / MACHINE STAGE

Bottle Washing

Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with bottle dial. - All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean. - 304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing. - 304/316 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more durable.

02 / MACHINE STAGE

Juice filling heads

During filling juice ,we will make a cover installaed on the filling valve, avoiding the fruit pulp return inside reflux pipe to block the pipe. -Filling valve and bottle lifter uses adopts German Igus bearings which are corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free. -By install CIP cleaning cups, the filling machine can realize online CIP cleaning -During filling process, there is no reflux of product, avoiding blockage of product.
